Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Yes. Cancel from your App Store subscription settings whenever you want. No questions asked, no penalties, no hidden fees.
What happens after the free trial? ▾
Your trial ends after 14 days. If you do not subscribe to Pro, you lose access to premium features. Your data is kept safe for 30 days in case you decide to come back.
Do you offer refunds? ▾
Refunds are handled through Apple. If you are unhappy for any reason, contact us and we will help sort it out.
Is my financial data safe? ▾
Absolutely. Finch uses Open Banking with read-only access — we never see or store your bank login credentials. When you connect an account, you sign in directly with your bank, and we only receive the minimal data needed to help you understand your finances.
How are transactions in different currencies calculated? ▾
When a transaction happens in a foreign currency, Finch fetches the exchange rate from that specific day and converts it into your base currency. Your balances and spending always reflect the real value at the time of each transaction — no guesswork or approximations.
Are there any other fees? ▾
No hidden fees, ever. Unlike other apps, we do not charge per budget, per account, or per feature. What you see is what you pay.
Will prices increase? ▾
We have no plans to increase pricing. If we ever do, existing subscribers will be grandfathered in at their current rate.
